Diesel Car ART.300
Current state :
Riding
Diesel railcar built for freight service in 1949 by the SNCV Andenne and Kessel-Lo workshops.
It nevertheless has seats, since there were sometimes mixed services (passengers and goods in the same train). It takes part in a series of 4 railcars numbered from 297 to 300.
The ART.300 ran in the Namur-Luxembourg, Hainaut and in Brussels groups. In 1961, it was already considered as a historic vehicle. At the end of the 1970s, it took part in the construction works of the Charleroi light metro.
Then, it was finally entrusted to the ASVi.
